Let's Talk!

Our initial step is to discuss your requirements and to identify what is necessary to get the best from your rental property.

We visit the property and provide a written report outlining the works to be carried out, including costs and timescales.

Once appointed, your dedicated Project Manager will ensure a smooth and timely renovation and will keep you updated.

Rental Property Maintenance and Refurbishments

Our team handle everything from minor repairs and quick turnovers to premium refurbishments, remodels and additions. Keeping your Jamaican rental property at its best and ready to rent at all times.

We know it's a nightmare trying to chase people and keep up-to-speed on an overseas project, so we give you a  dedicated Project Manager. This gives you one direct point of contact for the entire project.

The role of your Project Manager is to deal with the relevant professional bodies, to organise the required tradespeople and order the materials. Whilst ensuring that high levels of workmanship and time and budget constraints are adhered to. We also report back to you on the developments of the work, so you are kept well informed throughout the project.

Our team is made up of experienced tradespeople who take pride in their work, and who enjoy creating spaces that make the most of your rental property. We aim to make your rental property as desirable as possible, ensuring a good return on investment.
